Process to become a Member:

1. Document Submission:

The Registration process will be online. (register yourself by the help of

your trainer).

2. Sales Skills Test:

To qualify, you must pass a sales test by selling a total of 10 units, which

includes 2 units each of 5 different products.

There is no registration fee; registration is completely free.For the sales test, you will need to purchase the 10 units at wholesale rates

to demonstrate your selling and distribution capabilities effectively at the time

of registration.

Membership Types:

Credit Membership: Receive products on credit and make payment to Al Noor

Industries after selling the products at wholesale rates.

Secured Membership: Make payment for products before receiving them and

continue to enjoy wholesale rates for all products as long as the membership is

active.

The appropriate membership type will be determined based on your sales test

performance and submitted documents.

Terms and Conditions for Sellers in Al Noor's Women Empowerment Club

1. Seller Responsibilities:

Sellers are responsible for promoting and selling club products within their networks and should

adhere to the club’

s standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Sellers should represent the club with integrity, actively engaging in sales and adhering to club

policies.

2. Product Pricing:

The company may adjust the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and discounted rates available to

sellers at any time. Sellers will be informed of pricing updates and must use the updated rates.

3. Seller Commissions:

Sellers will receive commissions based on the sales made and in alignment with the current

compensation structure. The commission policy is subject to periodic updates as needed by the

club.

4. Transfer of Membership:

If a seller decides to discontinue their membership, they are not permitted to transfer their

membership benefits or commissions to another individual on their behalf, including family

members or relations.

5. Amendment of Terms:

Al Noor's Women Empowerment Club reserves the right to amend, update, or add new terms and

conditions for sellers as needed. Continued membership will signify acceptance of any updated

terms.

6. Termination of Membership:

The company reserves the right to terminate any seller

policies or any conduct that harms the club’

s reputation. Terminated sellers will lose all rights to

future commissions or benefits.7. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute, sellers should reach out to club support. The company

All legal matters and disputes for sellers are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Meerut

Dear Trainer,

We are excited to extend an exclusive invitation to you to become a Trainer cum Team Head for the Al

Noor Women Empowerment Club at Al Noor Industries. Your expertise and leadership can play a

pivotal role in helping us achieve our mission of Empowerment women by building a strong and skilled

community of members.

As a Trainer cum Team Head, your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting New Members: You will be responsible for inviting and onboarding new women into

the Al Noor Women Empowerment Club.

Training and Development: You will provide comprehensive training to new members, focusing

on developing their sales skills and equipping them with the knowledge they need to succeed in

selling our products.

Support and Mentorship: You will be the primary point of contact for your team, o

guidance and support in overcoming any challenges they face as they grow their businesses.

We believe that your leadership can greatly contribute to the success of the women you mentor and

empower.

Trainer Compensation:

1. New Membership Incentive:Earn ?300 for every new membership you bring into the club.

This includes new sellers under your team and new trainers who start their own teams.

2. Product Sales Commission:

Starting from the second billing cycle, you earn ?5 per product sold by only you and your

team members

Note: You do not receive commission from other trainers you add or their respective teams.

3. Trainer Recruitment Bonuses:

If you successfully bring in 25 active trainers, your product sales commission will increase

from ?5 per product to ?10 per product for your direct team (yourself and sellers under you).

When you reach 50 active trainers, you’ll receive a fixed bonus of ?10,000 per month.

This fixed bonus scales as you bring in more trainers:

?20,000 per month for 100 active trainers

?30,000 per month for 150 active trainers

And so on, in increments of ?10,000 for every additional 50 active trainers

Direct Selling profit.

NOTE: Active Trainer is a trainer who brings at least 2 new members (either sellers or trainers) into the

club each month.

This requirement ensures that trainers remain engaged in expanding the club's network consistently.

Only trainers who meet this monthly threshold will be counted towards the Trainer Recruitment

Bonuses (e.g., ?10,000/month for 50 active trainers).

Terms and Conditions for Trainers in Al Noor's Women Empowerment Club

1. Trainer Responsibilities:

Trainers are expected to actively recruit, mentor, and support their team members, including both

sellers and any new trainers they bring to the club.

Trainers must represent the club professionally and foster an empowering and collaborative

environment.

2. Product Pricing:

The company reserves the right to adjust the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and the member rates at any

time. Pricing changes will be communicated to trainers, who are required to follow the updated rates.

3. Trainer Commissions and Bonuses:Trainers will receive commissions and bonuses according to the club’s compensation plan, which may

be adjusted periodically. Any updates to the compensation structure will be promptly communicated

to trainers.

Active Trainer Requirement: Trainers must recruit at least 2 new members (sellers or trainers) per

month to be considered "Active" and eligible for certain bonuses and benefits.

4. Family or Relational Benefit Transfer:

If a trainer resigns, relocates, or otherwise discontinues their membership, they are not permitted to

transfer their benefits, commissions, or bonuses to another person (e.g., family member or relation) on

their behalf.

5. Amendment of Terms:

Al Noor's Women Empowerment Club reserves the right to amend or add terms at its discretion.

Trainers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will signify acceptance.

6. Termination of Membership:

The company may terminate a trainer's membership due to policy breaches, unethical conduct, or

activities that harm the club’s reputation. Terminated trainers forfeit all rights to future commissions,

bonuses, and benefits.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, trainers are encouraged to contact club support. The company’s decision will

be final.

8. Jurisdiction:

All legal proceedings and disputes for trainers are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Meerut Court

only.
